HOW IT STARTED
In 2018, a small group of dentists frustrated with generic CE courses and isolated decision-making gathered for an informal dinner in Chicago. They spent three hours sharing challenges, strategies, and hard-won lessons — and walked away transformed.
That dinner became the seed of the Dental Mastermind Group. Within a year, the founding members had formalized a structure, curated a second cohort, and seen measurable growth across every member’s practice.
Today, with over 200 members across the United States, the Dental Mastermind remains the most respected peer advisory group in dentistry.
