Who is this program for?
Ideal for dentists within their first 10 years of practice ownership, or established owners who feel stuck and want a fresh structure. Cohorts are capped at 12.
What is the time commitment?
Approximately 4 hours per month for virtual sessions, plus 3 in-person events (2 days each). Most members find the ROI far exceeds the time invested.
Is this coaching or a peer group?
Both. You get monthly 1:1 coaching AND the peer accountability of a curated cohort. The combination is what makes it work.
What happens after 6 months?
Graduates are invited to apply for the Advanced Mastermind. Many of our most senior members started in Foundations.
Can I join mid-year?
